A "member" is an individual that has registered with us to use our service. They may be a life-time member or a trial member.
A "trial-member" is an individual that has registered with us to use our service which allows them 14 day, limited access to the site.
Our "service" represents the collective functionality and features as offered through our website to our members.
A "user" is a collective identifier that refers to either a visitor or a member.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our website are collectively known as our “content”

Billing
Use of service is subject to membership. You have to pay a one-time membership fee of $39.99 to be a member. Billing will be done in US Dollars ($).

Biographytimeliner.com reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our legal terms and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to canceling your member account, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information, as allowed under our privacy policy.

Our website may contain our service marks or trademarks or logo as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our website does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/ trademark owner.

The website Biographytimeliner.com and the services offered are managed and maintained by The Biography Centre.
All the payments are processed by Stripe over a secured server gateway. Stripe Payment Gateway accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. Biographytimeliner.com will be collecting related information, as well as first and last name, and date of birth.
The contents of this website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making any decision.
Members: Only members will be able to enjoy the website services. Membership comes with a one-time fee. Members have access for life, as long as The Biography Timeliner is an active site. If, for whatever reason, The Biography Timeliner ceases to exist, membership is terminated.
Trial-members: Trial-members sign ups for a free, 14 day trial period where they have limited access to the website. After that period, they will need to pay the full membership fee to obtain full access. The Biography Timeliner and the Biography Centre reserves the right to delete any trial-membership once their account has been dormant for a period of two (2) months. After that, the membership will be deleted, along with any material they have contributed. If after their membership has been deleted they wish to reinstated their membership, they will have to sign up again, either as a trial-member or full member. The Biography Timeliner or Biography Centre takes no responsibility for loss of data if a trial-member fails to sign up for full membership.
We reserve the right to:
5.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Biographytimeliner.com shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
5.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
6.1 We do not use copyrighted content without permission from the copyright holder. If you find any violation of copyright law or if the content is yours and you have not given permission to use this, please contact us immediately and we will remove your content.
6.2 In accessing the website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
